Sixty-one-year-old Dale Duell of rural Plainfield was arrested on September 14 after an investigation on a sexual assault that occurred on March 7. He has been charged with two counts of second degree sexual assault, a class B felony and is currently being held in the Bremer County Jail on a $25,000 bond.
