Two teens have been arrested for allegedly stealing a PlayStation5 at gunpoint, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. The teens are accused of breaking into a home on Wellington Street around midnight on January 21st. As they entered they demanded the resident’s PS5. One teen, a 17 year old identified as Courtlean Jones Jr. of Cedar Falls, was armed with a gun. He allegedly put the gun to the resident’s chest and pulled the trigger but the gun did not fire. He then allegedly began striking the victim. The intruders then grabbed the game console and fled the scene. Jones has been charged with first degree Robbery and Interference. He was charged as an adult. A 14 year old was also charged with first degree Robbery but as a juvenile.
