NFL owners voted 31-1 in favor of allowing the Oakland Raiders to move to Las Vegas. The Miami Dolphins were the only franchise that voted against the Raiders move to Sin City. The Raiders will remain in Oakland for at least one more year as a stadium backed by public money is built in Las Vegas. The new stadium is expected to be completed in 2020.
