A Readlyn woman has been arrested after walking away from a residential facility in West Union. The Fayette County Sheriffs Office located 27 year old Cassandra Brackin at Twin Bridges Park in Maynard around 11:30 Sunday morning. Brackin had earlier escaped from the residential facility. She was also charged with providing false information and two counts of aid and abet to the violation of a no contact order. During this incident deputies also arrested 31 year old Zachary Moser of Waverly. He was charged with driving while license suspended and two counts of violating a no contact order. He also had three warrants out for his arrest, two out of Bremer County and one out of Buchanan County. His bond has been set at $5,000.
