Sunday night in women’s soccer UNI fell to Missouri State 1-0 and Iowa crushed Maryland 5-0.
Sunday the Iowa women’s basketball team hosted DePaul in an exhibition game. The game isn’t an official one but the number that mattered on the scoreboard was 55,646. That’s the record number of fans that packed Kinnick Stadium for the outdoor game. There’s never been a bigger crowd for a women’s basketball game.
