Wednesday night on Y99.3 Janesville won a wild Class 1A Regional Softball game over Rockford. Rockford led 18-16 going into the 7th inning when the Wildcats scored 6 runs with 2 outs in the top of the 7th to win 22-18.
Other scores in Class 1A were: Clarksville smashed Nashua-Plainfield 18-0, BGM blanked Don Bosco 5-0 and North Butler edged North Iowa 2-0. In Class 2A: South Winneshiek edged Sumner-Fredericksburg 11-10, Waterloo Columbus beat Grundy Center 11-2 and BCLUW crushed Aplington-Parkersburg 16-0.
