Former Bachelor star Chris Soules may be close to a plea deal. Soules has been charged with leaving the scene of a fatal crash after he allegedly ran into a tractor driven by Kenneth Mosher near Aurora back in April of 2017. Mosher died in the accident. Soules left the scene before authorities could arrive. On Monday his attorney filed documents to withdraw a Motion to Change Venue. According to court records that is because plea discussions are ongoing at this time. Soules had been trying to move the case due to pretrial publicity. It is unclear at this time what that plea deal may entail.
