The Cedar Falls City Council will hold its final vote on a 35-mph speed limit on Greenhill Road. The ordinance calls for a 35-mph speed limit from Hudson Road to West 27th Street. The council meets at 7:00 p.m. Monday at City Hall. A public hearing also will be held on Cedar Falls’ fiscal year 2018 and 2019 consolidated annual plan for a Community Development Block Grant.
