The sports world continues to be on hold. Sunday night the Iowa High School Athletic Association announced on Twitter that they will be providing spring activity guidance Monday in cooperation with the Iowa Girls High School Athletic Union, the speech association and the music association. This comes after Governor Kim Reynolds recommended that schools across the state of Iowa close for the next four weeks.
The rest of the school year’s sports seasons are already canceled at institutions like Wartburg College and the University of Northern Iowa as we deal with this unprecedented situation in our country.
