Monday at the Boys State Basketball Tournament: in Class 1A Gladbrook-Reinbeck edged Lynville-Sully 53-50, North Linn topped Maple Valley-Anthon-Oto 54-49, St. Mary’s Remsen beat New London 59-52 and Grand View Christian got by West Hancock 59-36; in Class 2A Western Christian beat South Hamilton 53-47 and Camanche topped Cascade 58-48.
Quarterfinal action for Class 2A and 3A is Tuesday in Wells Fargo Arena in Des Moines.
