Waverly-Shell Rock is still trying to find an athletics conference.
Activities Director Austin Cole says the school has submitted its paperwork regarding school size and travel distances to various conferences to the newly formed state committee that handles conference realignment.
Cole shared when the next step will take place.
In the past Waverly-Shell Rock has requested to be a member of the WaMac conference.
