Day One of the State Wrestling Tournament is in the books. Action continues Friday and Saturday. Many area wrestlers had a successful first day of the tourney Thursday including Waverly-Shell Rock who moved 5 of their 7 wrestlers to the front side of their brackets. So far, Don Bosco leads Class 1A, Solon is tops in Class 2A and Southeast Polk has the lead in Class 3A Wrestling coverage resumes Friday morning at 9:00 on KWAY Country AM 1470 FM 96.3.
