Fredericksburg Falcon legend and former Coe football coach Steve Staker has died of cancer. He was 76. Staker won a State Championship with Fredericksburg before becoming the head coach at Coe College then later serving as an assistant under his son. Just a little more than a week ago a line of cars paraded in Cedar Rapids to salute the ailing Staker.
