A 15 year old has been arrested in Waterloo for allegedly beating a convenience store clerk and stealing cash and vape cartridges, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. Police were called to the Kwik Stop #3 on Washington Street on Friday afternoon. They say the teenager got behind the counter and took the cartridges before taking cash from the register and then knocking the clerk to the ground and stomping on him. The clerk was taken to the hospital with facial injuries. Police later spotted the teen riding his bike. They tased the teen in order to take him into custody. He has been charged with second degree Robbery and Interference.
