An 18 year old male was injured in a shooting in Waterloo on Tuesday evening. Police were called to the 300 block of Wendell Court at around 5pm. When they arrived on scene they found spent shell casings and blood. Not long later the male, whose name has not been made public, arrived at Allen Hospital via private vehicle suffering from a gunshot wound to the hip. He was conscious and alert and his wounds are not believed to be life threatening. No arrests have been made to this point.
