Boys State Basketball may very well be the last major sporting event for a while. The NCAA has canceled everything including championships and tournaments. The NBA is suspended. Major League Baseball has suspended Spring Training and delayed the start of the season at least two weeks. The XFL is canceled. The PGA Tour canceled the Players Championship.
Basically all of sports is on hiatus for the foreseeable future.
