Thursday night on KWAY Country the Waverly-Shell Rock girls soccer team crushed Iowa Falls-Alden 4-0 to return to the State Tournament. Sydney Bienemann, Mia Englin, Addie Ott and Anaka Ott each scored a goal for the Go-Hawks.
Waverly-Shell Rock will be the 2-seed in the Class 2A tournament and will play 7-seed North Scott at 1:00 on Tuesday on KWAY Country AM 1470 FM 96.3.
