UNI football earned a top-15 ranking in the American Football Coaches Association Preseason FCS Coaches’ Poll released Monday.
#12 UNI will match up with three teams in the top 25 and host two of those teams in the UNI-Dome. The Panthers will open the season on the road with No. 25 Montana.
North Dakota State University is obviously the #1 in the nation. The Missouri Valley Football Conference has two teams in the top 3 as South Dakota State is slated in the 3rd spot on the poll.
