The University of Northern Iowa men’s basketball team advanced to the quarterfinals of the 2018 State Farm Missouri Valley Conference Tournament with a 60-50 victory over the Evansville Purple Aces Thursday at Scottrade Center. The 9-seeded Panthers will face top-seeded Loyola at noon Friday in St. Louis.
