The girls state tennis tournament concluded Thursday. Waverly-Shell Rock’s doubles team of Madi Overmann and Katie Wichman finished in third place. Waterloo Columbus’ doubles team of Olivia Fain and Taylor Hogan won the Class 1A championship.
