Tuesday night on KWAY Country the Waverly-Shell Rock basketball teams got a sweep.
In the girls game the Go-Hawks beat Western Dubuque 51-38 behind 20 points from Katelyn Eggena. The Go-Hawks are now 1-1.
In the boys game Waverly-Shell Rock got 26 points from Cole Marsh to beat Waterloo East 53-49 in the season opener.
