Thursday the Waverly-Shell Rock boys golf team beat Crestwood and broke a 9-hole school record. The Go-Hawks fired a program best 137 beating the old record by 7 strokes and beat Crestwood by 42 shots. Waverly-Shell Rock junior Luke Frazell was the medalist as he shot a 33.
Thursday night in track and field the Waverly-Shell Rock boys placed 3rd at the Cole Collinge Invitational and the girls finished 9th at the Wahawk Invitational.
