Tuesday night at the cross country meet in Oelwein the Go-Hawks and Denver had good showings.
On the boys side Decorah won the meet with West Delaware 2nd, Denver 3rd and Waverly-Shell Rock 4th. The top area performer was Go-Hawk junior Andrew Cummer who finished 4th.
On the girls side Decorah won followed by Jesup, Denver was 3rd, Waukon 4th and Waverly-Shell Rock 5th. Individually Go-Hawk senior Emma Hoins finished 2nd and set a school record by finishing in 18:18.
