Thursday the Waverly-Shell Rock boys hosted the final home track meet before Go-Hawk Stadium’s renovation. No team scores were kept but the Go-Hawks had individual champs: Ryland Peters won the 200 meter dash, Nolan Johnson the 110 meter hurdles, the 4×100 team of Harris, Stephens, Olson and Peters, the 4×200 team of Harris, Portillo, Bodensteiner and Meyer-Lillibridge, the 4×800 team of Betts, Mueller, Byers and Pirkl, the sprint medley team of Harris, Olson, Peters and Johnson, the shuttle hurdle team of Johnson, Olson, Christensen and Stephens, Ryland Peters won the long jump and Ian Sedgwick won the shot put.
The Go-Hawk girls track team finished in 3rd place at the Decorah Invite.
