Listen Friday night to a doubleheader of Waverly-Shell Rock basketball on KWAY Country AM 1470 FM 96.3. Friday evening the Go-Hawks will host Waukon in Northeast Iowa Conference action. The girls game will begin at 6:30 with the boys game to follow. If the girls win it will be Coach Greg Bodensteiner’s 200th win at Waverly-Shell Rock.
The Go-Hawk boys will be back in action Saturday as they host Marion. Tip-off on KWAY Country AM 1470 FM 96.3 will be at 1:30. During the game the school will honor Coach Bud Bergman who is the winningest coach in school history with 399 victories.
