Monday night on KWAY Country the 2nd ranked Waverly-Shell Rock girls soccer team beat 7th ranked Union 4-1. The Union Knights struck first and took a 1-0 lead. The Go-Hawks responded with 4 unanswered goals with two a piece by Miranda Kurtt and Kennedy Rieken.
With the win the Go-Hawks advance to play Notre Dame/West Burlington/Danville Thursday at 2:00 at Cownie Park in Des Moines.
