The Go-Hawks don’t have long to lick their wounds as they will be back in action Friday night on KWAY Country AM 1470 FM 96.3. Friday evening Waverly-Shell Rock hosts Mason City in a non-conference game at 6:30.
Thursday night the Waverly-Shell Rock vs. Forest City baseball game was rained out. The game will not be made up. The Go-Hawks are back in action Friday night as they play Oelwein in a JV/Varsity doubleheader. The varsity game will begin at 7:00 at Hertel Field in Waverly.
