Tuesday night on KWAY Country the Waverly-Shell Rock basketball teams swept New Hampton.
The Go-Hawk girls remain unbeaten in league play as they beat the Chickasaws 50-36. W-SR trailed by one point after the first quarter before pulling away in the second quarter and never looking back. Abbie Draper led all scorers with 16 points.
In the boys game Waverly-Shell Rock got their second conference win by smashing New Hampton 60-30. A big second quarter did it for the Go-Hawk boys as well. Cade Pruhs led all scorers with 13 points.
