Tuesday night on KWAY Country the Waverly-Shell Rock basketball teams swept Oelwein for the second time this season. The Go-Hawk girls dominated winning 77-4 as Abbie Draper scored 17 and the Huskies only managed points in the second quarter. On the season the Go-Hawk girls scored 156 points while holding Oelwein to only 8 in two games.
On the boys side Waverly-Shell Rock’s defense was just as dominating as they won 58-34. The Go-Hawks only allowed 8 first half points and Hogan Hansen netted 19 points in the win.
