Thursday night in Class 3A District Championship Basketball on KWAY Country Waverly-Shell Rock beat Decorah 54-39. The Go-Hawks were lead by good defense and 18 points apiece from John Stensland and Austin Phyfe. Waverly-Shell Rock will next play Monday in Parkersburg at 7:00 against either Forest City or Crestwood. The winner of that game goes to State.
