Thursday night on Y99.3 the Wapsie Valley and Sumner-Fredericksburg basketball teams split a doubleheader. In the girls game Wapsie Valley topped the Cougars 51-46. Warrior Peyton Curley led all scorers with 21 points. In the boys game Sumner-Fredericksburg beat Wapsie Valley 56-46 as Tatum Nuss scored 18 points for the Cougars.
