Wednesday on Y99.3 the 8-seeded Wapsie Valley Warriors kept Cinderella’s shoe on. After upsetting the 1-seed in the quarterfinals they knocked off the 4-seed Montezuma 57-42 to make it to the Class 1A Boys State Championship Game. This is Wapsie Valley’s first championship appearance since 2003. The Warriors will play 2-seed Bishop Garrigan on Friday at 2:00 on Y99.3.
