The Wartburg softball team received an at-large bid to the NCAA Tournament and will face UW-Eau Claire Thursday at 2:00.
This regional will be hosted by 4th ranked St. Thomas. The other teams in this pod are host-St. Thomas and Northwestern-St. Paul. This marks the ninth overall and first appearance since 2009 in the NCAA Tournament for the Knights.
Wartburg Sophomore Maddie Rog was named one of the American Rivers Conference Pitchers of the Year. This marked the third conference MVP in program history, and first since Angela Hartwig in 2008.
