Wednesday night in women’s hoops, Wartburg Junior Emma Gerdes of Cedar Falls and sophomore Kaitlyn Volesky recorded career highs with 16 and 14 points, respectively, in 17th ranked Wartburg’s 76-64 win over Loras. The Knight stay undefeated in the American Rivers Conference.
The Wartburg men’s basketball squad was edged by the 21st ranked Loras Duhawks 91-90.
