The American Rivers Conference released the 2019 Women’s Soccer Preseason Coaches’ PollMonday. Wartburg was selected to finish second in the league standings, as voted on by the conference coaches. The Knights received 58 votes, including two votes to capture the regular season crown.
Loras College has been selected by the coaches to finish first in the conference standings and to repeat as the regular season and tournament champion with 63 votes.
Wartburg opens the 2019 season at home Friday, Aug. 30 versus Macalester College at 2:00.
