A Waterloo woman has won $100,000 on a scratch ticket, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. 43 year old Stacy Frisbey says she nearly threw the Hit it Big scratch ticket away believing it was not a winner but decided to check it when she stopped at a gas station for a sandwich. It turned out to be the sixth of 10 top prizes in the Hit it Big game. Frisbey bought the ticket at New Star on Fletcher Avenue in Waterloo. She says she plans to use her winnings on a vacation and to start a business.
