On November 5th Waverly citizens will vote yay or nay on two separate projects: a new pool and a new golf clubhouse.
The pool will be just under $9 million at most and the clubhouse $5.5 million at most.
Councilwoman Ann Rathe explains that a new clubhouse could remove the need for the course to be subsidized annually.
Rathe explained that they projects don’t pass there will a long wait for another vote.
