The Clarksville Police made an arrest on Saturday after witnessing a woman exhibiting signs of impairment get into the drivers seat of a vehicle. A Clarksville Officer made contact with the woman, identified as 47 year old Angela Poppe of Waverly. Poppe allegedly resisted before being taken into custody. A field sobriety test determined Poppe was incapable of safely operating a motor vehicle. She has been charged with OWI 2nd offense.
