The lack of child care in Waverly has been tabbed as barrier to growth in the community. The Waverly Child Care and Preschool has acquired a 2.2 acre parcel of land next to their current location to help alleviate this problem by expanding their operation.
WCCP Board Secretary Tom Scott explains why they felt this move was necessary.
The WCCP will look to the community for input and assistance in determining the specifics of the expansion.
