NCAA Division-III announced last night that it is canceling all the Winter sports championships due to low participation numbers. This is the second year in a row these athletes won’t be able to compete for a National Championship. Wartburg must feel especially tender today. Men’s and women’s indoor track and field and wrestling were all ranked first in the nation and women’s basketball was ranked second in the country at the time of the decision.
