Woman Arrested for Alleged Knife Assault

A Waterloo woman was arrested in Charles City on Thursday for allegedly assaulting a man and threatening him with a knife. According to KIMT, Police were called to an altercation at a location in the 700 block of 11th street around 5 Thursday evening. Amanda Kellogg assaulted a man in the fight before showing a blue knife. The man said he feared Kellogg was to hurt him. Kellogg later admited to displaying the knife. Another Waterloo resident was also arrested in the incident. 30 year old Tyquandos Harmon was wanted on a warrant for check forgery out of Black Hawk County.
