Not Guilty Plea in Burglary Trial

A Waterloo man has pleaded not guilty in a burglary in Sumner last February, according to KIMT. 34 year old Jerred Clos entered the plea to a 3rd degree burglary charge. According to authorities he and 38 year old Richard Lusher of Evansdale burglarized a building in 2200 block of Viking Avenue on February 1st. Lusher has also pleaded not guilty to 3rd degree burglary. He’ll go to trial on November 4th. Two other residents have entered pleas in a burglary the next day in the 2700 block of Midway Avenue in Denver. 28 year old Dylan Stull entered a guilty plea to attempted 3rd degree burglary, carrying weapons and possession of burglar’s tools. 32 year old Allison McPherson pleaded not guilty to 3rd degree burglary and unlawful possession of a prescription drug. A warrant has been issued for her arrest after she failed to appear for a court hearing.
