A Waterloo woman has been sentenced to five years behind bars as a result of a plea bargain after she struck and killed a bicyclist with her car, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. 27 year old Frankie Mae Price struck 45 year old Gerrick Stotser on Greenhill Road around 12:40 am on February 2nd. Price immediately left the scene. She did call 911 but not until an hour later and by that time Stotser had been struck and killed by other vehicles. Price addressed the court saying that she wished she would have stayed at the scene and took responsibility and was willing to do whatever she needed to do.
