One person had to be taken to the hospital following a stabbing in Waterloo Monday.
It happened in the 1000 block of West 5th Street.
Police say the victim was taken to Covenant Hospital and she is expected to survive.
Jasmine Roosevelt has been arrested. She’s been charged with Assault with Intent to Inflict Serious Injury. She’s currently in the Black Hawk County Jail.
