3rd Person Sentenced for Sex with Teen

A third person has been sentenced to prison for having sex with a teenager in a Waterloo hotel in 2018, but has been temporarily released, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. 36 year old Johnny Jackson Jr. was sentenced to up to 10 years in prison, required to register as a sex offender, and must serve a lifetime of parole last week after pleaded guilty to third degree Sexual Abuse in November. However, he filed an appeal of the sentence and the conviction and was released from prison pending a further ruling. Jackson along with Robert Washington and Curtis Lloyd brought two 15 year old girls to a downtown hotel room and plied them with alcohol before having sex with them. Washington pleaded to sexual abuse charges and was sentenced to prison time. Lloyd was found guilty of two counts of third degree Sexual Abuse and was sentenced to 30 years in prison.
