May is Beef Month and if you have ventured outside the city limits you well know that beef is a rather large industry in Iowa.
Denise Schwab, Beef Specialist with the Iowa State Extension and Outreach, describes how big an industry it is to Iowans.
Schwab also points out that Iowa is not just known for raising beef but quality beef.
