Summer is here, which means it’s county fair time.Two are underway here in eastern Iowa, and a popular animal that was missing last year is back. The birds are back and ready for judging at both the Butler and Linn County Fairs this week. Last year, the Department of Agriculture banned birds from fairs across the state due to the bird flu.
