A 47-year old real estate investor from Denver, Shane Bohlmann, a Republican, will challenge District 3 Supervisor and former Bremer County Sheriff Dewey Hildebrandt in the June 7th primary. Bohlmann stated that he is running because he wants to play more of a role in the community and to discover what he can contribute.
