An Illinois man has been arrested in Waterloo for allegedly delivering methamphetamine while awaiting trial on previous drug charges, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. 37 year old Antonio Evans of Stone Park, Illinois is accused of delivering four pounds of meth to a confidential source on April 2nd. He was picked up yesterday morning on the new charges of Possession of Methamphetamine with Intent to Deliver and the pre-trial release violation. Officers found $4,900 in cash, drug ledgers, and a scale in his possession. Evans was already awaiting trial after he fled from a vehicle in October in which a bag containing 90 grams of meth, 165 grams of crack cocaine, and 42 ecstacy pills were found. Evans had $1,000 in cash on him on that occasion.
