A Missouri man has been arrested for allegedly using fake coupons to buy cigarettes from Casey’s Stores in Waterloo, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. 35 year old Timothy Peck of Warrensburg, Missouri used the fake coupons to purchase cartons of Newport cigarettes in December on at least 21 occasions. Casey’s officials say the scheme cost them $2,000. Peck has been charged with second degree Theft.
